We will take care of the technical condition of your property, we will find suitable tenants, we will take care about your rental and other contracts, we will be in contact with your tenants during rental period. Our goal is to unload you and offer quality service and management of your property.  On basis of Power of attorney and Mandate contract we can act in your behalf by all activities regarding property (repairs, emergency failures, house inspections, contact with authorities...). We will manage all administrative, economical, and operating activities and we will take care about all documents of your property.
